I wrote this book because I wanted to be intentional about empowering young men as they transition into this phase of their lives. Having a healthy conversation about puberty is important to your health and well-being, and it will help you deal with the changes positively and feel secure. Puberty is normal and a natural part of growing into the awesome man you will become.
